Food Stipends

The Canadian Foundation ships dozens of containers of kosher food to communities in Eastern Europe each year.  This food provides welfare for numerous soup kitchens, schools, summer camps, and communal events, including Pesach seders.  Literally, hundreds of thousands of people benefit from these shipments.  The Canadian Foundation has also built two matzo bakeries, one in Kiev and one in Moscow.  The matzo baked in these factories are distributed throughout the CIS and beyond.
